Attach variable groups to an interval

Choose which forms appear at a visit and whether subjects can complete them in the portal.

Role required: Project Management

Steps

  1. Sign in at https://my.studytrax.com.
  2. Open the project.
  3. Go to Projects → Intervals (confirm in app).
  4. Open the interval you want to configure.
  5. Go to the Variable Groups tab.
  6. Click Include to attach a variable group to this interval.
  7. To let subjects complete the form in the participant portal, check Subject Accessible.
  8. Save.

Removing a variable group

You cannot remove a variable group that already has data entered. Instead, inactivate it so it no longer appears for new encounters but existing data is preserved.
