Blocks a complete participant sign-in page

  1. Live participant-portal hostname. stxportal.com / stxportals.com is retired. The replacement host is unnamed. Participant sign-in can describe the flow only.
  2. Project-code URL pattern. Some projects have a direct portal URL with a project code. The exact pattern is unknown.
  3. Shared staff login for subjects. Older wiki: Enable Subject Portals (after v3.73) lets subjects use the same login page as staff (my.studytrax.com). Unconfirmed in the 2025 UI.

Blocks "who does this" guidance

  1. Who typically has Customer at a customer — vendor staff, site IT, or a coordinator. Add a staff user cannot say who usually creates users.

Blocks more how-tos

  1. 2025 UI walkthrough. Release 2025 redesigned study-management and data-entry screens. Live labels after that redesign are unconfirmed. Existing how-tos mark click-paths "(confirm in app)" and date the add-user path as staff-wiki 11 Dec 2025.
  2. Custom Entities. Live, but no definition, fields, or click-path. Data model can only say they exist.
  3. Password-reset / lockout chrome. Lock = password reset is known. 2025 button labels, and whether captcha still appears, are unconfirmed.
  4. Subject portal-account click-path in 2025. Older wiki: Subject Overview → Account → Account Update. Unconfirmed.
  5. Query status workflow. Open → Resolved → Closed is mentioned in older docs but not confirmed in the 2025 UI. Queries describes roles only.
  6. Portal-access click-path. The 2025 steps to mark a Variable Group subject-accessible and configure interval portal options are unconfirmed.
